PURPOSE: A bilateral negotiation bid purchase method using an online network is provided so that an electronic commerce can be rapidly efficiently performed between a seller and a buyer by computerizing works, and the seller and buyer can negotiate about commerce conditions. CONSTITUTION: A goods database(140) stores goods data provided by sellers authorized through an authorization module(60). When a buyer succeeds in searching the goods to be purchased in the goods database(140) through a search module(65), an item for the goods is registered in an item database(160). When the buyer fails to search the goods, he/she directly inputs the goods data, and the item for the goods is registered in the item database(160). Then, the item for the goods is notified to a plurality of sellers. The bid contents corresponding to the item are registered in a bid database(180). The bid contents are notified to the buyer who has registered the item. The buyer selects one of them. If the contract is not made between the buyer and the seller, they can negotiate about the dealing conditions. Thereafter, the selected bid contents are registered in the item database(160). A letter of order is transmitted to the seller.
