PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved holder having a pump by which a refill package can be easily fitted, and a check of the residual amount of a liquid can be facilitated. SOLUTION: On a frame body 10 to the upper end of which, a pump 20 is attached, a housing 11 of which the lower end side is opened is formed, and at the same time, a core 12 which is attachable/detachable from the lower side to/from the housing 11 is prepared, and in the core 12 which has been removed from the housing 11, a refill package 30 is housed, and when the core 12 is fitted from the lower end side of the housing 11, a liquid sucking tube 21 of the refill package 30 is pierced by the pump 20 from the top for the constitution of this holder having the pump, for the refill package refilling. |
