<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeatedly use for the long period of time with durability, and dispense with fractional disposal, and perform its incineration as an ordinary container by setting a shaking-out port being molded with vulcanized fiber at a side plate having thermoplastic resin on at least one surface. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 4 and cylindrical side plate 3 are put together through adhesion by employing a cardboard having polyethylene film laminated on its both surfaces, and each formed on a predetermined place P of the side plate 3 is notched line for pushing in a shaking-out port and fold part line as required. In the next place, the shaking-out port 2 formed by punching out the sheet of vulcanized fiber into a predetermined shape by means of a press machine or the like to then be folded in an inverted C-shape is inserted in a notched line for pushing in the shaking-out port, and further, the outer surface of the side plate 3 and the inside of the shaking-out port 2 are adhered by a heat sealing machine or a ultrasonic seal machine. When a content is taken out, the shaking-out port 2 is pulled out forward by putting a finger on its upper part, thereby opening the shaking-out port 2.</p> |
