SOLUTION: A surface material 53 comprises a first adhesive layer 55 formed by coating an adhesive surface 531 with a first adhesive agent composed of water soluble self-digestion type adhesive agent, and a second adhesive layer 57A formed by coating an upper surface of the first adhesive layer 55 with a second adhesive agent composed of two liquid synthetic resin contact-type adhesive agent. A base material 51 comprises a base material adhesive layer 57B formed by coating an adhesive surface with a second adhesive agent composed of two liquid synthetic resin contact type adhesive agent, and the second adhesive layer 57A of the surface material 53 and the base material adhesive layer 57B of the base material 51 are adhered to one another.
