PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To package a product without damaging by stacking a specified amount of the products in a packaging material. SOLUTION: The upper section side of a packaging material 2 which is opened into a bag shape, is pinched by a pinching mechanism 37 of a holding device, and two receiving rods 72 of a receiving device are positioned near the lower side of a throw-in location for coin-shape products 10, by a vertically moving device, and under this state, the products 10 are thrown into the packaging material 2 by a product throw-in device, and thus, the thrown-in products 10 can be received by the two receiving rods 72 in the vicinity of the lower side of the throw-in location without dropping the thrown-in products 10 to the bottom section in the packaging material 2, and the products 10 can be prevented from being damaged by each other due to the dropping of the products 10. At the same time, when the products 10 are thrown in, in order, the vertically moving device lowers the two receiving rods 72 from the vicinity of the lower side of the throw-in location, in response to the thrown-in amount, and a specified amount of the products 10 can be surely stacked in the packaging material 2 and packaged without damaging the products 10.
