PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive exterior building material by restricting a use area of an adhesive layer and its coating layer. SOLUTION: An exterior building material 20 is obtained by coating at least a part of the outer surface of a base material 21 with a blend resin consisting of a polyolefin resin becoming the base material 21 and a modified polyolefin resin to form an adhesive layer 23 and coating at least a part of the outer surface of the adhesive layer 23 with a highly weatherable resin to form a coating layer 22.
