PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a required specification for an object product by clamping an ionizing radiation setting resin between an intaglio rotary roll and an ionizing radiation transmissible film and emitting an ionizing radiation. SOLUTION: A cured projected pattern of an ionizing radiation setting resin composition is formed on the surface of a rigid plate. An intaglio rotary roll having projected patterns as recessed patterns formed of a surface of release properties is provided, and an ionizing radiation setting resin composition is clamped continuously between ionizing radiation transmissible films of release properties. The ionizing radiation is emitted in the above claming state, and the ionizing radiation transmissible films are released from the surface of the intaglio rotary roll. A rigid plate is fed onto the intaglio rotary roll, and the rigid plate and a cured ionizing radiation setting resin composition are overlapped while keeping the given alignment accuracy and set them in the pressurized state. The rigid plate is released from the surface of the intaglio rotary roll. Projected patterns free from defects can be formed directly on the rigid plate by the rotary method by the arrangement.
