PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight thermally fusible olefinic building sheet good in dimensional stability and recycling properties. SOLUTION: An olefinic building sheet A is obtained by laminating a base material between a surface layer 1 comprising an olefinic resin compsn. based on an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer with a bending elastic modulus of 250-3,000 kgf/cm2 and a rear layer 2 as an intermediate layer 3. In this case, a foam is further laminated on the rear surface of the rear layer 2.
