PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform execution and contrive the discharge of refuse and water in a ditch by communicating a refuse storing recess part on a ground side with the ditch to discharge water in the inside of the recess part in a gate door providing the ditch in the longitudinal direction along a guide rail guiding a wheel on the ground side. SOLUTION: Each guide rail 5 is hardened by mortar or the like, a wheel traveling part is buried substantially flush with a ground side, and the contrary side of the guide rail 5 is made an upward tapering inclining inclination wall. The refuse of the inside of a refuse storing recess part 24 is scooped by a shovel or the like from the inclination side wall. In this case, the volume of the inside of the refuse storing recess part 24 is enlarged to lower a bottom wall more than the bottom of a ditch 22 and a communicating ditch 25, and the storing water of the inside of the ditch 22 is discharged to the side of the refuse storing recess part 24 through the communicating ditch 25 in rainwater fall. At the same time, floating refuse is flowed to the refuse storing recess part 24 together with water to remove the refuse of the inside of the ditch 22, and water stored in the refuse storing recess part 24 is discharged from a water discharge passage to an outside discharge ditch. Thereby water of the inside of the ditch 22 and the refuse storing recess part 22 can be easily discharged.
