PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor and cost, to shorten the construction period and to increase reliability by omitting a pile head process and footing, clarifying a stress transfer mechanism between an SRC column and the steel pipe of a cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile, strengthening the pile head section of the cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile, and simplifying the connection between a reinforcing bar cage and the steel pipe. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar cage and a steel pipe connected to the reinforcing bar case are inserted into a pit, and concrete is filled into the pit to form this faying structure. A PCa concrete steel pipe 5 provided with PCa concrete 7 on the inner wall at least near a pile head section is used for the steel pipe, the lower section of a steel frame column 32 constituting an SRC column 31 is inserted into the PCa concrete steel pipe 5, and concrete 42 is filled.
