PURPOSE: A system for receiving digital broadcasting is provided to display program guide information on a liquid crystal display so as to facilitate channel selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: A system for receiving digital broadcasting includes a remote controller(20) and a digital broadcasting receiver(10). The remote controller(20) is capable of displaying the program guide information. The digital broadcasting receiver(10) transmitted the program guide information stored in a receives digital broadcasting signal to the remote controller. The remote controller further includes a transceiver(109,201), a key input member(203), a remote control controller(204), and a display(206). The transceiver(109,201) transmits/receives a predetermined signal including the program guide information. The key input member(203) receives the key input for controlling the remote controller. The remote control controller(204) controls the display of the program guide information according to the control of the key input member. The display(206) displays the program guide information. |
