PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THERMOPLASTIC STRENGTHENED PLASTICS FOR AUTOMOBILE HEADLIGHT REFLECTING MIRROR

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic strengthened plastics for automobile headlight reflecting mirror is provided which is excellent in semi-permanent, heat resistance etc. CONSTITUTION: A strengthened plastics is provided by the steps of: mixing 1-15% by weight of poly ether imide resin and 1-15% by weight of poly butylene terephthalate with 70-90% by weight of poly phenylene sulfide resin; treating the mixture with silane and melting thereof; and adding enhancer and extender therein, wherein the enhancer is glass fiber and the extender is calcium carbonate.
