PURPOSE: An information management system using personal portable communication, wired/wireless internet and database management system(DBMS), is provided to obtain necessary name card information-data with moving, and to transceive name card information, by exchanging personal and public information-data between cellular phone-to-cellular phone or cellular phone-to-web site. CONSTITUTION: An information management system using personal portable communication, wire/wireless internet and database management system, which has a server connected to a base station and an internet network, to establish data on personal information in internal memory of a cellular phone terminal. The server transmits and manages data on undated information to the terminal and has a data transceiver, message transceiver, an information manager and a database management system. Databases corresponded to IDs of self and others are constructed in the server. The personal data from the databases transmitted to each cellular phone terminal to manage.
