PURPOSE: A remote controller device of a video camera is provided to control the operation mode and a positioning of the video camera easily by using a telephone. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller device of a video camera includes a data recognizer(107), a controller(108), and a video camera(109). The data recognizer(107) determines whether a remote control signal corresponding to a combination number for executing a specific control command is input through a telephone line, and the data recognizer seeks the code number of the input numbers from a table, in order to output the result. The controller(108) generates a control command corresponding to the code number output from the data recognizer. The video camera(109) commands the control signal generated from the controller. The data recognizer(107) further determines whether the remote control signal corresponding to a combination number for executing a specific control command is input by determining the frequency signal according to the number of the telephone.
