PURPOSE: An A/V audio system containing a mediation function and a method for using thereof are provided to improve the concentration and safety of car driving by preventing drowsiness previously. CONSTITUTION: An A/V audio system is provided with code terminals so that earphones and optical spectacles are connected. Inside of the A/V audio system, a memory containing a meditation program is installed. The A/V audio system having the memory containing the meditation program carries out various meditation functions, such as drowsiness overcoming meditation by long-time driving, daybreak driving meditation, meditation to eliminate stress and uneasiness due to a traffic accident, car driving meditation after hard training, car driving meditation after hard working, meditation to improve the confidence and concentration of car driving, etc,.
