PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which can simultaneously be baked together with a conductor consisting mainly of a metal such as Ag, Cu or Au at a relatively low temperature of 880-1,200 deg.C, has a high Q value, enables the selection of a specific dielectric coefficient εr suitable for a frequency to be used, has a relatively small temperature coefficient τf and enables the realization of small high frequency electronic parts having excellent moisture resistance, high performance and high reliability. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a double oxide as a main component, and boron in an amount of (a) (converted into B2O3), an alkali metal in an amount of (b) (converted into an alkali metal carbonate) and Ge in an amount of (c) (converted into GeO2), provided that (a), (b) and (c) satisfy the inequalities: 1.5<=(a)+(b)<=4.0 and 2<=(c)<=4. The combined oxide contains at least Ca, Zr as metal elements in a molar ratio of xCaO.ZrO2 [0.87<=(x)<=1.36]. |
