PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure of a filter block, to reduce weight and to convey the filter block, held in stabilized conditions even in loading/unloading work in a gas flow. SOLUTION: There are provided a holding arm 21 for holding a holding pin 9a of a filter block f to raise the filter block f and a support arm 22 for supporting angular moment downward the filter block f raised by the holding arm 21, and the head part of the holding arm 21 is provided with a guide member 23 for normally holding the holding pin 9a of the filter block f at almost the same position, thereby normally holding the filter block at the same position and also preventing the filter block f from being oscillated while it is conveyed.
