PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously heat leg even when walking by clamping the periphery of a leg with a plurality of clamping members of different lengths, and urging a heating utensil holding plate to the knee cavity or its vicinity. SOLUTION: This leg heating utensil is constituted of a heating member comprising a heating utensil holding plate 1 for a disposable hand-warmer, or the like, and band rubbers 2a and 2b, a contact plate 3 which comes into contact with waist or knee, and a second band rubber 5 for clamping. The band rubbers 2a and 2b keep a parallel locational relationship, and the band rubber 2a is made slightly longer than the band rubber 2b, and is fixed to the holding plate 1 and the contact plate 3. Then, on the external surface of the holding plate 1, a sticking type disposable hand-warmer is stuck, or on the internal surface of the holding plate 1, a non-sticking type disposable hand- warmer is held with a protective plate 4, and the holding plate 1 is fitted with the second band rubber 5. By this constitution, a close joining between the knee cavity and the holding plate 1 becomes better, and the heating utensil can be used even at the time of a walking.
