CLEANER FOR CLEANING SURROUNDINGS OF BASE PART OF RISER ABOVE COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner for cleaning surroundings of a base part of a riser above a coke oven capable of surely removing coal powder, a surplus sealing material, dust or the like accumulated on the surroundings of the base part of the riser. SOLUTION: This cleaner 1 for cleaning the surroundings of the base part of a riser is equipped with both an aspirating nozzle 13 to aspirate and remove the accumulation and an air-blow-off nozzle 15 to drift the accumulation to a position capable of being aspirated and removed so as to enable cleaning the whole area of the surroundings of the base part of the riser. In this case, preferably, the aspirating nozzle 13 and the air-blow-off nozzle 15 are connected to a cleaner 2 above the oven running on the traversing rails laid down on a coal-charging car and these aspirating nozzle 13 and the air-blow-off nozzle 15 are automatically moved up and down and back and forth according to the movement of the cleaner 2 above the oven.
