PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate thermoplastic resin composition excellent in the balance of mechanical properties (impact strength or the like) and molding processability (fluidity or the like). SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises as the main components (A) a polymer, substantially free of gel, produced by polymerizing, in the presence of a polymer produced by polymerizing 35-99.9 wt.% 2-20C alkyl (meth)acrylate (a-1) and 65-0.1 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer (a-2), an aromatic vinyl monomer (a-3), and (B) a polycarbonate.
