OILY GEL-LIKE COMPOSITION AND COSMETIC COMPRISING THE SAME FORMULATED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both an oily gel-like composition good in extensibility and excellent in safety and stability and a cosmetic prepared by formulating the composition, good in the extensibility and excellent in feeling of use. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this oily gel-like composition is a formulation of (a) 30-55 wt.% of a 12-30C unsaturated alcohol or a 12-30C branched alcohol with (b) 10-25 wt.% of an amphoteric surfactant and the balance of water in (5/3) to (10/3) weight ratio (a)/(b) of the ingredients (a) to (b).
