PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily adjust neither scraping nor padding a mold for adjusting the volume (thickness) of a cavity by a method wherein strike adjusting members are provided on the mating mold surfaces of a projection mold and of a recession mold. SOLUTION: A stock liquid poured through a pouring port 7 fills a cavity 5 through a pouring gate 3 and overflows and enters in a vent. Between the mating mold surface of a projection mold 1 and of a recession mold 2, the pouring gate 3 and an adjusting member 4a equipped with a packing 11a from preventing a resin from leaking are provided. A space 12 is arranged between a strike adjusting member 4a and the mating surface of the projection mold 1. The strike adjusting member 4a is fixed to the mating surface of the projection mold 1 by means of fixing pins 13. By changing the thickness of the spacer 12, the volume (the thickness) of the cavity 5 is changed as a result. Thus, the volume of the cavity 5 can be changed by changing the thickness of the spacer 12 without requiring working such as the scraping the contact surface between the projection mold and the recession mold, the padding by welding or the like.
