PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily dispose a tampon being enclosed as intact even when discarded by arranging an absorbent hygienically wrapping the tampon to receive and hold the tampon containing blood and subsequently running blood as receiving tray to prevent the fouling of a hand and clothing near a local part caused by the splashing of blood in an attempt to avoid the fouling of finger tips, underwears, toilets, and the like, with a large amount of blood and the splashing of blood when the tampon is pulled out because the blood accumulated in a vagina too much to be absorbed by the tampon is discharged excessively at a time following the tampon pulled out when the tampon is inserted by a woman locally into the vagina in her menses to absorb and hold the blood.
