MEASURING METHOD AND MEASURING REAGENT OF ENZYME INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and to obtain a measuring reagent capable of simply, rapidly and accurately measuring a catalase-like enzyme inhibitor in a sample. SOLUTION: This method for measuring an inhibitor of a catalase-like enzyme in a sample comprises (a) a step for bringing the catalase-like enzyme into contact with an inhibitor (e.g. azide) in a sample, (b) a step for reacting hydrogen peroxide with the catalase-like enzyme and (c) a step for optically measuring hydrogen peroxide.
