PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain fish-roasting machine that can be used in cooking food including gravy without anxiety of trouble and adhesion of the gravy to the heat source and can secure the proper motions of the heat source. SOLUTION: This fish-roasting machine is equipped with a conveyer 2 for putting food product to be heated M thereon and allowing the food product M to pass through the tunnel-type roasting chamber 3, with a plurality of heat sources 4 that are arranged corresponding to the roasting chamber 3 under the conveying part 2A of the conveyer 2, with the pass 5 for combustion gas G in which the combustion gas G from the heat source 4 is guided above the food product M to be heated, being conveyed on the conveying part 2A of the conveyer 2 to heat the food product to be heated by utilizing the combustion gas, and with the cover 6 of a roof type that avoids the gravy from dropping on individual heat source 4. Since the oozing gravy does not stay on the upper side of the heat sources 4, the troubles that, for example, the abnormal burning of gravy can be avoided. In addition, the roof type of gravy cover 6 is set above the heat source 4 and the dripping gravy can avoid to adhere to the heat source 4 and the performance of the heat source 4 is maintained very well.
