METHOD FOR PRODUCING LOW NOISE CIRCULAR SAW USING MULTI-POINT RESISTANCE WELDING

PURPOSE: A producing method of a low noise circular saw is provided to develop a method of producing a circular saw with a high productivity and to weld many portions at once by applying a multi-point projection welding. CONSTITUTION: A projection welding is performed by the following steps. Two table saws(2) and an absorptive material(3) inserted between the tables saws are aligned. Tow electrodes(1,5) having the same size as the table saw are aligned on the table saws. A current from DC or AC power resource(6) of high voltage is applied for a certain time while pressurizing. If the absorptive material is an insulating material, a hole is punched in a portion to be welded of the absorptive material. A metal ball(4) as a conductor or another shape of conductor is inserted to the hole. When aligning the table saws, a current is applied simply via the ball.
