PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer recording medium for forming an image on a body to be transferred, forming a protective layer on the image, imparting the perfect durability of the image and simply transferring the protective layer onto the image with good accuracy. SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer recording medium 1 is provided with a base 4 with a resin layer 5 laminated with a transparent sheet 2 with an acceptive layer 3, and released between the resin layer 5 and the transparent sheet 2, and a processing of half-cut 6 is applied on a transparent sheet section 2 including the acceptive layer 3. A transfer image is formed on the acceptive layer 3 by using the intermediate transfer recording medium 1, and only a section on which the image is transferred again onto a body transferred to form the image, and the transparent sheet section 2 is cut on a half-cut 6 processed section as a boundary when the transfer is carried out again, and an image forming section is coated with the transparent sheet 2, and the transparent sheet is functioned as a uniform, strong protective layer to perfectly impart the durability for the image. |
