PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper base material laminated sheet, which has an enough insulation resistance and also has an enough high impact resistance, and the manufacturing method for the sheet. SOLUTION: In this paper base material laminated sheet, which is formed by hardening a laminate consisting of three or more prepregs, each prepared by infiltrating phenolic resin in a paper base material, as the prepreg, two kinds of prepregs or one prepreg, the hardened matter made of which has a larger falling-fall impact strength, and the other prepreg having a smaller falling-sphere impact strength, are used. Both the surface layer parts of the laminate are made of the prepreg having the larger falling-ball impact strength, while the interior of the laminate is made of the prepreg having the smaller falling-ball impact strength. As an example of a manufacturing method, a resol type phenol resin-impregnated prepreg is used as the prepreg comprising both the surface layer parts of the laminate, while a prepreg, in which a methylolated melamine resin is infiltrated and then, a resol type phenol resin is infiltrated, is used as the prepreg comprising the interior of the laminate. |
