PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag container having a spout in which a smooth pouring operation can be carried out without causing confronting inner surfaces of the container at its pouring outlet to be closely stuck to each other when the pouring operation is performed and a certain extent of outflow can be assured. SOLUTION: A bag container 1 is constructed such that sheets 1a, 1b comprised of a composite material having a sealant layer and a barrier layer are overlapped to each other and fusion welded to form a storing section for storing an item, and the container is provided with a spout 10 for pouring out the stored item, the section of the pouring port 10 is constituted of a first curved surface 10a and a second curved surface 10b having a curvature differing from that of first curved surface.
