PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and support a grip only by adhesion without sewing work relative to the grip of an inflatable boat. SOLUTION: This grip is formed by a grip body b1 formed by overlapping a plurality of sheets of rubber-coated cloth, and a fixing cloth b2 for adhering and fixing respectively two sheets of adhesive pieces 21, 22 extended from both ends of the grip body b1. A pair of cuts 3a, 3b inclined in substantially truncated chevron shape in a front view, are formed on the fixing cloth b2, two sheets of adhesive pieces 21, 22 attached to both ends of the grip body b1, are inserted and expanded in both cuts 3a, 3b to be adhered to a rear surface of the fixing cloth b2, and the rear surface of the fixing cloth b2 and the adhesive pieces 21, 22 are fully adhered to the specific positions of the inflatable boat. Whereby the grip (b) can be attached and supported only by adhesion.
