PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous release sheet having a delivery slip which can prevent an accident that a photosensor mistakes a cut-out portion for a part to be sensed primarily and a printer operates erroneously on the basis of sense signals thereof, even in the case when various cut-out portions are formed in a delivery slip sheet. SOLUTION: A continuous release sheet 1a having a delivery slip is constituted of a slip sheet 3b divided to be separable into a slip 3a having a delivery information entry part 2a on the surface side at least and other paper pieces, an adhesive layer so formed on the rear side of a slip sheet 3 as to be peelable from the rear of the slip at least and a strip-shaped release paper covering the adhesive layer. In this sheet, cut-out portions 5 are formed in a part of the slip of the slip sheet 3 at least, while the cut-out portions are not formed in the adhesive layer and the continuous release sheet which are positioned at the part wherein the cut-out portions 5 are formed.
