PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy peeling of a suction pad from an object of suction while obtaining the sufficient sucking force by dividing a negative pressure chamber formed inside of a bowl-like suction pad main body formed of a gum deformable elastic member with suction pad auxiliary bodies integrally formed with the suction pad main body and made of the same material of the suction pad main body. SOLUTION: A bowl-like suction pad main body 1 formed of an elastic member capable of being deformed such as rubber and vinyl is sucked and removed to/from an object of suction by discharging and filling air from/into a negative pressure chamber 1a formed inside thereof. Suction pad auxiliary bodies 3, 4, 5 are integrally formed with a lower surface of the main body 1 so as to prevent the peeling of the suction pad from the object of suction even if the suction pad main body 1 is peeled from the object of suction. The suction pad auxiliary bodies 3, 4, 5 are made of the same material with the suction pad main body 1, and respectively formed into a bowl shape, and respectively formed with negative pressure chambers 3a, 4a, 5a inside thereof. Namely, the negative pressure chamber 1a is separated by the negative pressure chamber 3a, the negative pressure chamber 3a is separated by the negative pressure chamber 4a, and the negative pressure chamber 4a is separated by the negative pressure chamber 5a.
