PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic washer in which clean washing water can be always used. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic washer 10 is provided with: a circulating part 30 for filtering washing water 70 in a washing tank 20 thereof and circulating this filtered return water 72 to the washing tank 20 again; and a sterilizing part 40 for sterilizing the return water by an UV lamp 41 from above it. Further, the return water is made to overflow from above a filter chamber 35 of the circulating part 30 and is caused to flow down to the surface 71 of the water in the washing tank 20 from a guide 39. Therefore, since that the washing tank 20 is filled with the circulated and filtered and further sterilized water is visually recognized, even when the washer is installed in a place where the general public can use it, each user can use it with confidence.
