PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method in which an adhesive does not soak into narrow pores of a non-seal part while clogging the narrow pores of the membrane having a porous layer in a sealing part of a membrane separation device connected and integrated watertightly, to provide a method for producing the membrane separation device in which a plurality of membrane separation parts are formed on a sheet of substrate, moreover to provide a method for simultaneously forming a fine membrane separation device on the member the same as a fine reaction device and a fine analysis device. SOLUTION: Contacting parts are bonded, connected and integrated watertightly by laminating in order (1) a raw water side parts 1 having a liq. flow passage, (2) a membrane 4 having a porous layer and (3) a filtrate side parts 1', applying an energy ray curable composition containing an energy ray curable compd. on the contact surface of respective parts and curing the energy ray curable compd. by irradiating the composition with energy ray.
