PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin peeling blade in such a manner that its blade tip can be brought into contact with the surface of an object to be peeled in a stable state and a wide width of skin can be peeled with one stroke. SOLUTION: In this skin peeling blade 3 provided with a clearance 33 to serve as the discharge passage of peeled skin between a blade part 31 and a guard part 32, the blade part 31 is bent so that the central part of the length direction is recessed relative to both end parts of the blade on the surface to be abutted to the object to be peeled, or an inner end edge 32a facing the blade part 31 in the guard part 32 is bent to a curved shape for which the interval of the clearance 33 is widened at the central part of the length direction and narrowed on both end parts. Thus, at the time of using a peeler to which the skin peeling blade is mounted, the skin is stably peeled in a wide width.
