PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish washer installed in the kitchen of a home, capable of sufficiently securing a cooking space on a sink cabinet, and requiring no large area. SOLUTION: The main body 23 of this dish washer is fitted to a wall face of a kitchen via a support member. A large work space is available as before after installation, the top plate 92 of the kitchen is invariably kept neat, the beautiful appearance of the kitchen is not impaired, and no oppressive sensation is given to a user. A small child can be prevented from being brought into contact with an operation section 24 or from pushing a power switch 66 by mistake.
