PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the ejecting operation of a print head by employing various types of delay function, e.g. inter-section delay function and micro dot delay function. SOLUTION: In order to remove electromagnetic interference(EMI), a processing drive head 1500 is split into four sections called quadrants. Each section includes nine primitives (specific resistor group), receives an ejection pulse as an input and relay the ejection signal between sections. The inter-section delay (delay between thermal resistor groups) is added to an ejection pulse delay being executed between primitives in the range of each section. An operating shaft directivity(SAD) data is stored in a memory of the system. A distributed processor programs respective nozzles individually using that data in order to delay ejection through various ejection pulses. SAD error of a nozzle set can be compensated by that micro dot delay (delay in ejection signal).
