PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any damaging and denting or the like in a pipe section due to scattering stones from occurring to the utmost by promoting the upgrade of strength in a central part of the pipe section in combination with the facilitation of manufacturing an outer tube. SOLUTION: An outer tube 2 is composed of parting into three pieces, a central pipe section 7, a head member 8 jointly attached to both ends of the pipe section 7 and a bottom member 9, and then the upgrade of strength in the central pipe section 7 is promoted whereby any damaging and denting or the like due to scattering sones and so on are prevented from occurring. In addition, the whole peripheral surface of the pipe section 7 is coated by resin 10 or a decorative plastic pipe 10, whereby any damaging and denting or the like in the outer tube 2 due to the scattering stones and so on are yet more effectively prevented by use of elastic force in the resin 10, while, according to necessity, a designed effect is also imparted to a fork 1 by using the plastic pipe 10 contained with a carbon fiber consisting in directionality.
