An inbred corn line, designated ASG27, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of inbred corn line ASG27, to the plants of inbred corn line ASG27 and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing the inbred line ASG27 with itself or another corn line. The invention further relates to hybrid corn seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line ASG27 with another corn line.
