摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device and a fuel injection control method to perform excellent starting of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A discrimination period G to discriminate a cylinder is set in correspondence to a crank pulse generated occasioned by rotation of a crank shaft. Each time a cam shaft performs one full turn, first - third can pulses CP1-CP3 are generated. When the crank shaft is in the discrimination period G, a cylinder is discriminated based on whether or not the first can pulse CP1 is generated. Even when, in the starting of an internal combustion engine, it is before discrimination of a cylinder, simultaneous fuel injection is made on all cylinders #1-#4 at a detecting timing of a first cam pulse. Thereby, a time elapsing from cranking to first ignition is shortened and an internal combustion engine is caused to effect excellent starting.
