PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worn-out thin impact plate to be rapidly and simply replaced with a new thin impact plate by firmly fitting plural thin impact plates to a rotor with the help of a shape restricting insert-binding part or a clamp- binding part. SOLUTION: The rotor 1 is encircled by a crushing track 2 and the crushing track 2 is immovably fixed to a housing 3 equipped with an inflow part 3.1 and an outflow part 3.2. Further, the rotor 1 is supported in the housing 3 with the assistance of a shaft 1.1 and the two discs 1.2, 1.3 of the rotor 1 have plural carrying plates 1.4 implanted on the outer periphery of the discs 1.2, 1.3. In addition, a thin impact plate 1.5 is fixedly connected to each carrying plate 1.4 by welding though a rivet or by any other means. Thus it is possible to rapidly and simply replace the worn-out thin impact plate 1.5 with a new thin impact plate.
