A device for supplying and inducing a tip automatically supplies a tip by a conveyor type feeder(21). A rod(25) by a control cylinder(24) combined to a position adjustable bracket(27) adheres a rotary holder, a tip supply rotor to the steel disc. Thereby, the tip is welded on the steel disc while welding by the beam is performed.
