PURPOSE: A video device for use in advertisement and an image displaying method using such a device are provided to accomplish an improved effectiveness of advertisement with low cost while displaying OHP films printed with advertisement content onto wall of building or outdoor screen. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a main body formed of a frame having a predetermined shape and which permits a variety of devices to be fixed thereto, a video film(4) installed within the main body with a predetermined spacing therebetween, the film(4) being printed with the advertisement content, a radiating member installed within the main body so as to radiate light toward the video film side, and a focus lens(15) for illuminating to the outside the advertisement content printed onto the film(4) utilizing the light radiated from the radiating member.
