PURPOSE: A trouble treatment system of computer using radio communication terminal is provided to enable remote manager to easily treat trouble generated in computer without residing extra manager. CONSTITUTION: A trouble treatment system of computer using radio communication terminal is composed a management program(4) incorporated in computer(2), a radio communication terminal(6) such as a cellular phone, PCS, PDA or IMT2000 and a communication server(8). The communication server(8) connects to the computer(2), controls the management program(4), and communicates with a radio communication terminal(6). Also, the communication server(8) has a trouble check program(14) and an extra control program(16). The trouble check program(14) checks the computer and transmits the trouble data to the radio communication terminal(6) at generating the trouble. The extra control program(16) controls the management program(4) according to a control signal transmitted by the manager and treats the trouble of computer(2). At this time, the manager transmits the control signal to the communication server(8) using radio communication terminal(6).
