PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily house a used needle in a former outer cylinder after use by projecting or immersing a detaining needle from an opening part of the outer cylinder by operating an operation body arranged on the rear end of the detaining needle, and holding the operation body in an advance position to the outer cylinder in a projecting state of the detaining needle. SOLUTION: A detaining needle is composed of a combination of a detaining outer needle body composed of a base part and a capillary needle part and an inner needle body composed of a base part and a capillary needle part. While, in an outer cylinder 1, a guide groove 2 is bored in the shaft directional peripheral surface, locking window parts 3, 4 are bored on the front/rear both ends of the guide groove 2, plane parts 5a of two places are formed in a rear end outer peripheral part of the outer cylinder 1, and a locking groove 5 is formed in the part. An operation part 7 of an operation body 6 is penetratingly taken out to the guide groove 2 of the outer cylinder 1, the operation part 7 is slid along the guide groove 2 by fingers, and after detaining the outer needle body in the human body, the inner needle body is housed in the outer cylinder 1 by restoring force of a spring 9 when rotating the operation part 7 to the outer cylinder 1 by fingers. |
