PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lithographic printing block material developed by a damping water or an ink on a printer and provided with superior sensitivity, resistance to printing and resistance to chemicals and also provide a manufacturing method for a printer matter using the material. SOLUTION: An image recording layer containing micro-gels having a group to be decomposed by light or heat on their surfaces and an infrared ray absorbent on a hydrophilic substrate. An image forming recording layer containing thermoplastic polymer particles fusion bonded on the substrate by heat energy, a compound generating the chemical reaction under the presence of a compound absorbing light energy of wavelength longer than 500 nm and an infrared ray absorbent is formed on an aqueous substrate. Light or heat is imparted into the image shape by using the lithographic printing block material, and then the image recording layer on a non-image section is eluted by a development solution composed substantially of water in the manufacture of the lithographic printing block. |
