PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating contamination substance impossible to filter or precipitate with a conventional device used by a machine tool. SOLUTION: This filtering device for liquid in a machine tool uses a working tank 1, a contaminated liquid tank 3, a filter 4 and a clean liquid tank 5, in a re-circulation system, and the filtering device uses water with ultra low conductivity and at least one kind of iron oxide (III) coagulant based on a polymer electrolyte is added to water with ultra low conductivity. |
