APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CONDENSED WATER FROM SPLASHING OF WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing condensed water from splashing of a window air conditioner is provided to maintain clean external appearance of the window air conditioner and improve the efficiency of the window air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: In a window air conditioner having a base fan(17) installed in the low bottom part of a cabinet divided into indoor part and outdoor part for supporting respective part with receiving condensed water, an outdoor heat exchanger(15) installed in the outdoor and combined with an end plate(15a) at both sides for exchanging heat in the external air absorbed into the outdoor, a wing(101) is formed in the outside part of an upper surface of the base fan for flowing condensed water dispersed to the outdoor heat exchanger and flowing downward following the respective end plate into the base fan without splashing to the outside of the base fan.
