PURPOSE: A method of repairing and preventing a water leakage of a connector between aluminium and metal windows is provided to prevent a water leakage along the inside of a building through a gap of a connector between windows. CONSTITUTION: An insertion hole(10) is formed by a drill near a water leakage portion between aluminium and metal window bars to insert a spraying nozzle(20) with its end widened about 90-60 degrees. A silicon primer is injected into the bar through the hole(10) to eliminate dust and water in the bar. Then, a gel type silicon sealant mixed with a thinner is jetted repetitively over the sprayed primer to seal the gap with an elastic silicon film. Finally, the window bar is sealed by a PVC piece cork having the same color after the passage of 24h.
