PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-coated self-adhesive tape wherein only one self-adhesive layer can be selectively rendered tack-free. SOLUTION: This double-coated self-adhesive tape comprises, on one surface of a support, a self-adhesive layer that is formed with surface irregularities and becomes substantially non-self-adhesive by UV irradiation. The perforated sheet provided with an adhesive layer on a back side thereof includes the double-coated self-adhesive tape and a perforated sheet wherein a self-adhesive layer side of the double-coated self-adhesive tape that becomes substantially non-self-adhesive by UV irradiation is attached to in face-to-face relation with the back side of the perforated sheet, and UV light is irradiated from the side of the perforated sheet.
